In 1979 Mr King was especially commissioned by Lake & Brooks to design a series of special covers for ‘The Year of the Child’.
I currently have 16 different covers (4 sets of “Complete set of 4”) with original second printing (rouletted) Wonderland stamps and inserts to each cover.
- 4 covers (Set 1 below) signed by Gerald King and extremely rare as only a few signed covers exist.
- 4 covers (Set 2 below) with a piston of The Mad Hatter looking through a magnifying at a 1 Wink Wonderland stamp.
- 4 covers (Set 3 below) are addressed to Gerald M. King.
- 4 covers (Set 4 below) are similar to the covers in Set 1 except none of the covers have been signed.
